Inspired by Dambiso's Moyo's principles on dead aid, Gloria has been committed to various initiatives that promote education and entreprenuership in the creative sector of her home country Zambia.


Given the under exposure of contemporary fine artists in Zambia Gloria partnered with various galleries in New York and Los Angeles and organized exhibitions of Zambia's leading contemporary artists. Sidney Tamiia Poitier and Sir Sidney Portier hosted her initial opening in Los Angeles celebarting African Contemporary Art. She later partnered with LAART and Haute Living on a charity exhibition focusing on Zambian art hosted by Meagan Good and various other members of the entertainmnet community. .


In Lusaka Gloria has supported efforts aimed at fostering local creative talent, including judging Zambia's Short Film Festival. She recently partnered with the Zambian Fashion Council on a workshop aimed at young designers and entrepreneurs in the Fashion Sector, by organizing a masterclass with fashion consultant, Natalie Joos, voted one of the 50 top fashion influencers by Marie Claire magazine.


Gloria is committed to the realiztion of artists and creatives in under represented fields, emphasizing entreprenuership and empowerment beyond traditional charity.
